What to Expect — Safety & Reality
The Soreness Is a Good Sign
After your first CMSlim® session, expect muscle soreness (DOMS) for 1–2 days — exactly like the day after an intense gym session. This is normal and expected. It means your muscles responded and are adapting. We start conservatively in session one and increase intensity progressively as your body adapts.
Important Contraindications
Copper IUD? Absolute contraindication for abdominal treatment. Copper conducts electromagnetic energy. Hormonal IUDs (Mirena, Kyleena) are fine — discuss at consultation. Severe diastasis recti? Requires GP clearance first. Supramaximal contractions need a healthy abdominal wall. We screen for this at consultation.
When You’ll See Results
