What Is Plasma Fibroblast?
Plasma fibroblast is a non-surgical treatment for hooded eyelids, deep wrinkles, and skin laxity. The Purisma Plus SPOT applicator uses a high-voltage, high-frequency electrical discharge to ionise atmospheric gases in the microscopic gap between the needle tip and the skin. The tip is held above the skin and never touches it. The resulting focused, high-thermal plasma arc jumps the gap and hits the epidermis, causing instant sublimation — solid skin tissue flashes to gas. Tissue temperature at the focal point exceeds 50°C. A controlled carbon dot forms at each sublimation point.
The Biological Response
The heat travels into the papillary dermis, causing immediate structural shrinking of old collagen fibres and triggering a localised intensive thermal wound-healing cascade. Over 6–8 weeks, local fibroblast cells aggressively synthesise new Type I and Type III collagen and elastin, structurally rebuilding the skin matrix from the ground up. The carbon dots desiccate and shed naturally over 3–7 days. Results are visible immediately and continue improving as new collagen forms. Effects can last up to 3 years.
What It’s Used For
Non-surgical blepharoplasty for hooded eyelids · Deep dynamic wrinkles — perioral lines, forehead furrows · Jowls and lower face laxity · Smoker’s lines · Crow’s feet · Benign skin lesions and skin tags · Acne scarring · Crepey neck and décolletage. The only non-invasive treatment capable of producing results comparable to surgical blepharoplasty — without anaesthetic, incisions, or surgery. Typically one session for mild to moderate concerns; two sessions spaced 8–12 weeks apart for significant laxity.
Plasma Fibroblast Treatments & Pricing
All sessions performed personally by Zeda. Pricing confirmed at consultation.
Plasma Brow Lift
⏱ 1 hr 30 min
Targeted supraorbital lifting. The applicator tip is held just above the brow line — never touching — arcing plasma to stimulate tissue contraction that lifts the brow position and opens the upper face.
Book Treatment →Plasma Upper/Lower Eye Lift
⏱ 2 hr
The most requested fibroblast treatment. The applicator tip hovers above the eyelid — never touching — arcing plasma to lift heavy hooded lids or tighten under-eye laxity. Tiny protective dots form and shed naturally within 5–7 days.
Book Treatment →Plasma Jawline
⏱ 2 hr
Precise anti-gravity vector mapping along the lower jaw. Controlled plasma arcs above jowl and jawline tissue stimulate contraction that lifts and defines the lower face profile.
Book Treatment →Plasma Forehead or Crows Feet
⏱ 2 hr
Addresses deep forehead lines or lateral expression creases. A grid pattern with the applicator tip hovering above the skin generates a rich collagen response from within.
Book Treatment →Plasma Skin Tag Removal
⏱ 20 min
Highly precise, targeted plasma arc removal of benign skin tags. Quick, clean, and effective — leaving the surrounding skin completely undisturbed.
Book Treatment →Plasma Full Decolletage
⏱ 3 hr
The largest treatment surface area — dense sun damage, crepey texture, chest lines. The applicator tip arcs systematically across the full décolletage, triggering deep collagen renewal.
Book Treatment →Plasma Around Mouth and Lips
⏱ 2 hr
High-precision perioral treatment for smoker’s lines and deep lip area creases. Precise arc vectors mapped above the lip border and surrounding tissue — no contact with the skin.
Book Treatment →Plasma Upper or Lower Lip
⏱ 2 hr
Targeted treatment for one lip border. The applicator tip arcs precisely above the perioral zone — treating vertical lip lines where cosmetics easily bleed.
Book Treatment →Plasma Half Face
⏱ 2 hr 30 min
Focused mid-to-lower face restoration targeting the cheeks and jowls. The applicator tip hovers along natural anti-gravity vectors, lifting and firming the lower face framework.
Book Treatment →Plasma Full Face
⏱ 3 hr 30 min
Comprehensive touch-free plasma rejuvenation covering all major facial zones in one session. Dot by dot across every zone — stimulating deep collagen across the full face.
Book Treatment →Plasma Full Neck
⏱ 2 hr 30 min
The applicator tip hovers above the neck — never touching — arcing plasma to contract crepey skin and firm the jawline. 3–7 days of protective micro-dots before natural shedding.
Book Treatment →Pricing confirmed at consultation. Treatment plans customised to your skin. Not suitable for Fitzpatrick V–VI skin tones, pregnancy, active infection, or keloid scarring tendency.

What Plasma Fibroblast Treats
Clinically indicated for surface skin concerns — fine lines, laxity, hooded eyes, and scarring — without surgery.
Eyelid Lift — Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty
The most clinically compelling use of plasma fibroblast. Hooded or drooping upper eyelids are tightened and lifted without anaesthetic or surgery. Carbon dots form along the lid crease and shed over 5–7 days, revealing a visibly lifted result. Many clients achieve results comparable to minor surgical blepharoplasty.
- Reduces hooded eyelid appearance
- Lifts drooping upper lids
- Tightens crow’s feet and under-eye area
- No surgery, no anaesthetic, no stitches
Wrinkle Removal — Face & Neck
Plasma fibroblast reaches deep into the dermis to trigger collagen remodelling at the source of wrinkle formation. Forehead lines, deep nasolabial folds, smoker’s lines, and neck lines respond well — particularly where injectables have limited reach or duration.
- Forehead lines and frown lines
- Smoker’s lines and lip area
- Deep nasolabial folds
- Neck lines and crepey skin
Jowls, Jawline & Lower Face Laxity
Plasma fibroblast is one of the few non-surgical modalities capable of producing visible jawline definition and jowl reduction. For clients with mild to moderate laxity, the tissue contraction effect can restore definition lost to age and gravity — without the recovery of surgery.
- Tightens jowls and lower cheeks
- Improves jawline definition
- Lifts mild to moderate skin laxity
- Can be combined with HIFU for deeper lifting
Acne Scarring & Skin Tags
The controlled micro-trauma of fibroblast plasma triggers localised remodelling of scar tissue. Atrophic acne scars, raised scarring, and skin tags all respond. Treatment is precise — Zeda works dot by dot above the affected area — tip never touching — for targeted improvement without affecting surrounding tissue.
- Reduces atrophic acne scar appearance
- Improves raised scarring and skin texture
- Removes skin tags precisely
- Targets without affecting surrounding tissue

Why Lady’s Beauty Care for Plasma Fibroblast in Adelaide
Plasma fibroblast is a technique-dependent treatment. The device matters — but the clinician’s hand control, judgement, and ability to assess skin in real time matters more. At Lady’s Beauty Care, every fibroblast session is performed personally by Zeda — not a technician, not a trainee.
Medical-Grade Plasma Fibroblast — Not a Plasma Pen
What is the difference between plasma fibroblast and a plasma pen? Not all plasma devices are equal. The Purisma Plus is a TGA-listed class IIb medical device (ARTG 339842) — subject to Australian regulatory standards and sold only to credentialed clinics. When comparing plasma treatment options, the device’s regulatory status is a meaningful clinical consideration. The SPOT applicator fibroblast technique holds the tip above the skin — never touching — and arcs plasma energy across the gap to the skin surface. The precision of that gap distance, the angle, the energy level, and grid spacing all determine the outcome. This is hands-on clinical skill.
Clinical Assessment Before Every Treatment — Not a Booking Funnel
Is plasma fibroblast safe? Yes — when performed correctly, with a TGA-listed device, on suitable skin types, by a clinician with genuine experience. Plasma fibroblast is not appropriate for every skin type or concern. Very dark skin tones (Fitzpatrick V–VI) carry a risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Clients with keloid scarring tendency, active infection, or pacemakers are not suitable. Zeda conducts a thorough skin assessment at every consultation — because the right advice matters more than a booking.
