Since it's inception, and subsequent service provision, Lady’s Beauty Care, has limited and focused its practice / work, beauty services, and treatments offerings to female customers visiting Lady's Beauty Care Day spa/Clinic, this policy still current, and Lady's Beauty Care operator/s reserves the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Lady's Beauty Care reserve the right to refuse service, terminate, or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if We (Lady’s Beauty Care) believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to us or our interests. 

Lady's Beauty Care, web site may contain information, marketing material or documents, sourced from other proprietary notices, copyright information, the terms of which must be observed. At Lady's Beauty Care Day spa/Clinic, our offering of: 

• some skin care products, are based on our ability to reasonably stock that product

Cancellation of an appointment 

• For a cancellation or changing of a booked appointment or treatment times, please, make sure to give notice for at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. 
• A last-minute cancellation of appointment or treatments, booked at Lady's Beauty Care, will incur a charge of $50 for the booked treatment or treatments being cancelled, as it will be difficult to fill up the gap for lost business. 
• Information, including product pricing, skin treatment price, procedure, or time length, and availability, may be changed, updated, or withdrawn without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery 

Skin care goods available for purchase on Lady’s Beauty Care website currently will be shipped to Australia  and New Zealand. 

When placing your order, please send us an SMS to make sure we have everything in stock and to prevent any delays in processing your purchases.

The typical delivery time is three to five business days. 

Delivery charges are $15 for orders under $120.  

Delivery is free on orders over $120.

Orders will be ready to be posted, once the product price and estimated shipping cost have been paid using one of the methods on our website, and we have received confirmation from the designated financial institution.
