At Lady's Beauty Care, we aim to provide an exceptional online booking experience for women seeking our wide range of services. To ensure smooth operations and minimise disruptions, we have outlined the following policies for booking, rescheduling, cancellations, and payments:
Booking and Payment
- Deposit Requirement: A partial payment (deposit) is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This measure helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
- Payment Methods: Online payments are processed via SQUARE or PAYPAL, and clients can select their preferred payment method during the booking process.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
- Cancellation Notice: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before their appointment if they need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee, deducted from the deposit.
- Refunds for Rescheduling: If you cannot accept an alternate appointment time, the refund will be issued minus any fees incurred during the booking and cancellation process.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests for rescheduling within 24 hours require approval from Lady's Beauty Care. If not approved, the appointment will be cancelled.
- Limits on Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled no more than twice. After that, the booking will be cancelled without a refund.
Treatment Changes
- Incorrect Treatment Booked: If you accidentally book the wrong treatment, please contact us to discuss the most appropriate alternative service.
- Unused Deposits: If you cancel a treatment, the deposit can be applied towards purchasing skin care products from our stock.
General Policies
- Late Cancellations: To cover lost business opportunities, a $50 fee applies for cancellations made within 24 hours or for any last-minute change of heart.
- Pricing Changes: Pricing, treatment details, and service availability may be updated without notice, so we recommend checking for any changes before booking.
