Lady's Beauty Care endeavours to offer a positive online booking experience for women who wish to make use of the site's extensive selection of bookable services.
- Lady's Beauty Care has implemented a policy that requires clients to make a partial payment (deposit) of the service cost when making an online booking. This measure is intended to reduce potential no-shows for scheduled bookings while also avoiding business loss caused by last-minute cancellations that cannot be refilled.
- At this time, online payments and credit processing for Lady's Beauty Care booking services are handled through SQUARE or PAYPAL; it is up to the client to select which provider they prefer when making their online bookings.
- If a client has to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, they must notify Lady's Beauty Care at least one day before the start time.
- If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a $50 fee will be deducted from the deposit made when the booking was originally made.
- In the event that a refund is absolutely necessary as a result of the client's inability to accept a proposed new reschedule time for their bookings, the refund will be calculated by deducting the service provider's fees and charges that were incurred during the booking confirmation and cancellation processes.
- The client can reschedule an appointment no less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Rescheduling a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time requires Lady's Beauty Care's approval. Otherwise, the appointment will be marked as cancelled.
- A booking cannot be rescheduled more than twice; if the client is unable to attend the appointment after that, the booking will be cancelled, with no refund provided.
- If a client has booked an incorrect treatment, they are kindly requested to contact Lady's Beauty Care for guidance on the most appropriate alternative service.
- If the client decides they no longer need the service after booking it, they can apply their paid deposit towards the purchase of skin care products from our stock.
Cancellation of an Appointment
- For a cancellation or changing of a booked appointment or treatment times, please make sure to give notice for at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
- A last-minute cancellation of an appointment or treatment booked at Lady's Beauty Care will result in a $50 charge for the cancelled booking or treatments, as it will be difficult to compensate for lost business.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with brief notice or due to a change of heart.
- Information, such as product pricing, skin treatment prices, procedure or time length, and availability, may be changed, updated, or removed without notice.
