- Lady's Beauty Care has implemented a policy requiring clients to submit a partial payment (Deposit) of the service cost when scheduling an online booking. This measure is intended to reduce potential no-shows for scheduled bookings, and avoid business loss caused by cancellations at the last minute that cannot be refilled.
- At this time, online payments and credit processing for Lady's Beauty Care booking services are handled through SQUARE or PAYPAL; it is up to the client to select which provider they prefer when making their online bookings.
- If a client has to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, they must give notification at least one day before the start time.
- If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a $50 fee will be deducted from the deposit made when the booking was originally made.
- In the event that a refund is absolutely necessary as a result of the client's inability to accept a proposed new reschedule time for their bookings, the refund will be calculated by deducting the service provider's fees and charges that were incurred during the booking confirmation and cancellation processes.
- The client can reschedule an appointment no less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Attempting to reschedule a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will require approval from Lady's Beauty Care. Otherwise, the appointment will be recorded as cancelled.
- A booking cannot be rescheduled more than twice; if the client is unable to attend the appointment after that, the booking will be cancelled, with no refund provided.
- If a client has made a booking for an incorrect treatment, they are kindly requested to contact Lady's Beauty Care for guidance on the most appropriate alternative service.
- The client may apply their paid deposit towards the purchase of skin care products from our stock if, subsequent to booking the service, they decide they no longer require it.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made with brief notice or due to a change of heart.
