Purchases and Postages
- All skincare products listed on ladysbeautycare online platforms are inspected for any possible damage to the container or the package before posting for shipment.
- All skincare products listed on ladysbeautycare online platforms are sourced and stocked directly from the brand suppliers; therefore, the owners/operators of ladysbeautycare do not provide any guarantee of the products claimed benefits or its suitability to your own personal needs or skin concerns. For more information about the suitability of the product(s), please read the instructions provided by the manufacturer in or on the package, or contact the manufacturer for advice on the ingredients or content of the products.
- Before making an online product purchase from our website (ladysbeautycare.com.au) or our other marketing platforms, please make sure that the product listed is available in stock. For shipment, please contact us either by using the contact us form or email your enquiries through the website. as some times the system does not get updated quickly enough to reflect the true state of the available stock.
- When some of the products are running low in stock, we try to restock as quickly as possible, but given that these products are coming from interstate, or some times the packaging gets updated by the manufacturer, and some logistical unforseen circumstances, we might not be able to restock or fulfil the required order within the intended time, so please always check with us about such issues.
- Orders will be ready to be posted once the product price and estimated shipping cost have been paid using one of the payment methods on our website and we have received confirmation from the designated financial institution.
Delivery charges are $15 for orders under $120.
Delivery is free on orders over $120.
- We will ship within 1–2 business days, but if we are unable to fulfil the shipment due to lack of stock or some other out of our control delays, we will issue a refund.

RETURNS
- Returns do require return authorisation. Due to the nature of the products being sold, only items with damage or defects may be returned
- Any return claim must be initiated within a day after noticing a damaged product.
- We can't accept any refund claims after opening or using a product.
- We can't accept a return of a product if the product has been opened or used.
- The cost of a returned product or order will be on the customer.
- We will try to replace a damaged product within a week, but if we are unable to fulfil the replacement order, we will refund the product-paid price but not the postage and shipment cost.
- We accept a product return or change of a product if the buyer has genuinely ordered the wrong product or has changed their mind.
- Shipping on returns is at the cost of the customer.
REFUNDS
- If a customer requests a refund for their order(s) due to a change of mind or needs before the order is fulfilled or posted, we will issue a refund of the amount paid by the customer, minus the order processing fees and any other charges incurred as a result of the creation and cancellation of that order(s).
- If a customer requests a refund after their order has been shipped or posted, they must return the unopened and undamaged packaged order to Lady's Beauty Care's specified address before we may accept their refund request.
- Shipping on refunded products is at the cost of the customer and is deducted from the refund.
