Course Terms of Use
Last Updated: September 2026
About These Terms
These terms apply to all online courses and course bundles offered by Lady’s Beauty Care™, a business operated in partnership (ABN 85 813 912 421), 2/504 Grand Junction Road, Northfield SA 5085 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
1. What You’re Buying
Course Inclusions: Each course includes online lessons, knowledge checks, a final quiz, a certificate of completion when you pass, Q&A with our presenter, and written feedback on your Applied Learning task, as described on the course page.
Non-Accredited Training: Our courses are non-accredited professional development. They do not assess competency and do not lead to a Statement of Attainment or credit towards a nationally recognised qualification. Certificates show your study hours, which you may log as self-directed CPD. Check your professional association’s requirements.
Scope of Practice: Course content is general education only. It is not medical, dietetic or legal advice, and it does not expand your legal scope of practice. You remain responsible for working within your own qualifications, insurance and applicable laws.
2. Your Licence to Use the Content
Personal Licence: When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access it for your own learning.
One Person Per Account: Your account is for you only. You must not share your login or let anyone else use your account.
No Copying or Sharing: You must not copy, download, screenshot, record, print, reproduce, share, sell or distribute any course content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Copyright: All course content, including text, images, diagrams, quizzes and case studies, is owned by or licensed to Lady’s Beauty Care and protected by copyright.
Content Protection: Course pages show your name as the licensed user. If we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, we may suspend or cancel access to protect our content. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Access
Ongoing Access: You have ongoing access to the course content for as long as we offer the course. If we ever withdraw a course, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice by email.
Course Order: Some courses must be completed in order. Course 2 requires Course 1, Course 3 requires Course 2, and Course 4 requires Course 1. If you believe you already have equivalent knowledge, contact us to discuss your options.
Updates: We may update course content to keep it accurate and current.
4. Q&A and Feedback
Q&A Support: Questions about the course content are answered for three months from enrolment in each course. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days.
Practical Feedback: Written feedback on your Applied Learning task is usually returned within five business days of submission.
Client Advice: We cannot give advice about a specific client’s diagnosis or treatment. That remains the responsibility of your own training, insurance and clinic.
Client Privacy: Remove all identifying client details from anything you submit.
Payments & Refunds
5. Payments
Prices: All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Secure Payment: Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
Tax Invoices: If you need a tax invoice showing your business name or ABN, contact us after purchase.
6. Refunds
Change of Mind: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not progressed beyond Lesson 1 and have not attempted a final quiz. This applies to single courses and to the full-series bundle. For the bundle, you must not have progressed beyond Lesson 1 of Course 1.
After 7 Days: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Access After Refund: If a refund is given, access to the course or bundle is removed.
Your Consumer Rights: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. If a course has a major problem, for example it is not as described, or we cannot provide access, you are entitled to a remedy, including a refund where the law provides for one.
How to Request: Contact us with your name, the course and your order details.
7. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information, including your progress, quiz results and submissions, in line with our Privacy Policy. Your course progress is visible to our training staff so we can support you and issue certificates.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you purchase applies to that purchase.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
