Lady’s Beauty Care Professional Education
Advanced Skin Analysis & Diagnostics Series
Four online courses that build your knowledge from skin science foundations to safe, evidence-based professional practice, with a working lead clinician supporting you all the way.
Why this series
Most online skin courses give you information. This series teaches you to use it: how to read skin accurately, recognise conditions that need a doctor, plan treatments safely, and explain your recommendations honestly. Every lesson is checked against current research and Australian regulations, and you’re never learning alone. Zeda answers your questions and gives personal feedback on your practical work.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need any experience before I start?
No. Course 1 starts from the basics and explains technical terms as they come up. Some familiarity with beauty therapy is helpful.
How long do I have to complete the courses?
You keep ongoing access to the course content. Q&A support with Zeda is available for three months from enrolment in each course.
How does Q&A with Zeda work?
Send your question about the course content and Zeda will reply within 2–3 business days. Zeda can’t give advice about a specific client’s treatment. That remains the responsibility of your own training, insurance and clinic.
How do I get feedback on my practical task?
Each course ends with an Applied Learning lesson. Complete the practical task, remove any identifying details, and submit it as instructed in that lesson. Zeda will return written feedback, usually within five business days.
Can I skip straight to Course 3 or 4?
Course 4 needs Course 1 first. Courses 2 and 3 unlock in order. If you already have equivalent qualifications, contact us to discuss your options.
Will this count towards my CPD?
Your certificate shows your study hours, which you can log as self-directed CPD. Check your professional association’s CPD requirements, as rules vary.
Is this a nationally recognised qualification?
No. It’s non-accredited professional development that covers knowledge relevant to national training package units. Only a Registered Training Organisation can issue a nationally recognised qualification or Statement of Attainment.
What if I’m not happy with my course?
Please contact us so we can help. Refunds are handled under our refund policy, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
